Affirmative Intention and Gratitude
One of the most amazing things about being a human being is that our minds cannot tell the difference between something imagined and something that we are actually experiencing. All of the the same neuro-pathways fire in the brain and create the same emotions or, energy in motion. This energy is creative energy...God-energy...life force.
The science of quantum physics proves that "thoughts are things", and so it makes sense that daily practice of affirmation and intention, or deliberate creation, along with a generous dose of gratitude, can make for an extraordinary life.
Life itself is a creative process. We are here to create our own worlds as we go along. Some of us have forgotten that Truth...some of us are just remembering. Life is supposed to be Joyful, and Loving and FUN!
And it will be! And it is!
An excellent way that I have found to spur the creative process of deliberate creation, or "affirmative intention" is to buy a blank notebook. Any notebook will do. And have no rules for yourself. No judgement of what you write. Just write. Stream of consciousness thought. Even if all you can think about is "I can't think of anything to write. What should I write? What should I write? What should I write?"...Write that down! Keep writing! At least one page. Work your way up to more. It gets easier and eventually, if you stick with it, you will find your inner nature. Your truth. God within you. Or, if you prefer...the Force. Whatever you call it, it is recognizable by the fact that it makes you feel happy, and excited and joyful, and free and wonderful when you write it (and read it), and sometimes it you will question if it was even yourself that wrote the words.
Focusing on the things you are grateful for is an excellent way to generate the energy within you that will bring you a life you love! Since thoughts are "magnetic", thoughts of gratitude will bring you more of what you are grateful for. Everyone has at least one thing they can find to be grateful for, even if it is that "I got out of bed this morning". Feel the gratitude for that one thing, and thought, by it's very nature will create another thought of gratitude.
Intend your life the way you choose it to be! See yourself in your mind's eye doing the things you love to do with the ones you love to do them with, money flowing easily and effortlessly, happiness, play and laughter, etc. and soon you will be there. If you have been there in the mind, you'll go there in the body.
