Cleanse and Detox - Lose Weight Naturally - Gain Energy

Isagenix Nutrition System - Total Health and Wellness Program Isagenix

Understanding that our quality of life is determined by our daily choices, we have the power to improve our health and well-being quickly and dramatically. Optimum nutrition is a key factor, but our health depends not only on what nutrients we eat, but how much of those nutrients are absorbed and how well and regularly the body’s waste products are eliminated.

“If you experience any of the following symptoms, you may be experiencing autointoxication (a process whereby you are poisoned by substances produced by your own body as a result of inadequate digestion and elimination), and therefore you might want to consider some type of internal cleansing program:

- Allergy or intolerance to certain foods

- Bad breath and foul-smelling gas and stools

- Constipation, diarrhea, sluggish elimination, irregular bowel movements

- Frequent congestion, colds, viruses

- Flatulence or gas and frequent intestinal disorders

- Frequent headaches for no apparent reason

- General aches and pains that migrate from one place to another

- Intolerance to fatty foods

- Low energy; loss of vitality for no apparent reason

- Lower back pain

- Lowered resistance to infections

- Needing to sleep a long time

- Pain in your liver or gall bladder

- Premenstrual syndrome (PMS), breast soreness, vaginal infections

Hand and Foot Reflexology

CLICK ON THE INTERACTIVE HAND
The theory behind reflexology is that there are "reflex points" in the hands and feet that relate to specific organs and glands in the body. Practitioners believe that stimulating those reflex points promotes health in the corresponding organ via the body's energetic pathways. The pressure stimulates the related body regions or organs to promote healing. The treatment is also used to stimulate circulation, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.

*I have had many years of experience with reflexology (giving and receiving) and can attest to it's magnificent benefits and healing powers!*

Gentle is best. Never push too hard that the massage is painful. Reflexology can effect great change, sometimes creating a healing crisis within the particular part of the body that is being worked with. Always communicate with your practitioner if you are experiencing pain. Reflexology is also an excellent diagnostic tool as the hands and feet are essentially the "maps of the body". There are informative books and websites to educate yourself on the proper techniques for practicing hand and foot reflexology.

Inversion Therapy

I bought an inversion table last year and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made! It is relaxing and beneficial for stretching the muscles and joints, and an excellent lymphatic system cleanser.

From Wikipedia: Inversion therapy involves hanging upside down or at an inverted angle to use gravity to naturally decompress the joints of the body. In particular, it is often advertised as a relief for back pain. Hanging in this way causes each joint in the body to be loaded in an equal and opposite manner to standing.

Inversion therapy is particularly beneficial for the spine in that it relieves pressure on the discs and nerve roots; this in turn allows discs to recover lost moisture and to return to their original shape, decreasing the pressure they can exert on nerves.
